It has become almost a tradition on “Chicago PD” these days to see a certain Voight get a little bit physical with some of his suspects, and in the sneak peek below, you can see more evidence that this is a guy who really needs to take another look or two at his priorities.
Basically, while investigating a case, the super-intense cop decides to take it upon himself to intimidate a suspect with a variety of facts concerning his circumstances. He is a potential star in the athletic world, and there he has a bright future ahead for him including scholarships and endorsement opportunities.
However, within this interrogation room he is little more than a suspect, and apparently, in here you also don’t get many opportunities to have an attorney present or be spared from bodily harm.
Sooner or later, all of these actions are going to come back to haunt Voight in a big way, and at times they already have. We just don’t see a guy like this changing anytime soon when it comes to his physicality. There are probably out there who do like the way in which he goes about his business and questions a few given suspects. However, at the same time there are probably methods that find his methods archaic, and wonder just how long he really intends to keep much of this up.
