Jenny and Abbie went through memory lane when they had to figure out why residents of Tarrytown Psychiatric were suddenly killing themselves. It turns out that there was a demon responsible for their deaths, and their mother’s ghost was also there, trying to stop the demon.
In the end their mother introduced them to a magical spell book that belonged to their family, which contained a spell to stop the demon. They succeeded in stopping the demon and got to see their mother one last time, and at the end of the episode they discovered their family book contains the location of a weapon that can be used to stop Moloch.
Equipped with a new spell book and the knowledge of a powerful weapon, Ichabod and Abbie have to go searching for the one thing that can stop Moloch and his Horsemen.
